Pricing

The price for a weekend rental is $1,700 for up to 7 Guests
and $2000 for 8 – 10 Guests.

Arrivals & Departures

Weekend rentals are Thursday through Sunday.

  • Check In time Thursday at 3:00pm

    Welcome! Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to settle in, get comfortable, and start planning your creative adventure."

  • Check Out Time Sunday at 3:00pm

    We hate to see you go! Check-out is by 3:00 PM, but don’t worry—you’ll leave with great memories and maybe a few masterpieces too!

Add-ons

  • Add-on days $300 per night

    Extend your visits. Add Wednesday or Sunday.

  • Early check-In $150

    Early bird check in is at 9:00am.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The balance of the rental payment ($1400) and the refundable security deposit are due 14 days before check-in.
  • A $400 bookings deposit, along with the signed contract, are required to confirm your reservation. The bookings deposit is subtracted from the $1700 rental fee.
  • A $500 refundable security deposit is required and will be returned within ten (10) days of departure if no property damage has occurred.
  • Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Credit Card, Zelle and/or CashApp
  • Cancellation must be made in writing, via email. Hostess will receive:
    100% refund if 60 days+ prior; 50% refund if 31 to 59 days prior; 0% refund 30 days or less.
  • If you need to reschedule, we will work to accommodate you based on availability.
  • This is a smoke-free and pet free house. Thanks for your cooperation.
